Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate on the next business day. Order changes are not always guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment.
All coffees are roasted to order and delivered immediately after roasting to ensure maximum freshness. This means our shipping is a little bit funky so we'll try to keep it simple! We roast every Tuesday and pack things up to ship on Wednesday. To guarantee the fastest shipping, it’s best to order by Friday night.
- All orders placed before Friday 11 pm EST / 8 pm PST will be roasted and shipped on Wednesday.
- Most orders placed after Friday 11 pm EST / 8 pm PST will be roasted and shipped the following Wednesday, depending on how much coffee we have in stock.
If you have any questions or you need an order rushed, simply email us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Standard orders $30+ receive free priority shipping.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Zoey at email@example.com so that we can make sure your needs are met.
We currently cannot accept returns for opened coffee bags due to safety concerns, but do get in touch with us if you are not satisfied with your order.
